Magnatite
Charged Magnatite and Carbon Dust go into every cable, battery and plasma block.
Finding it
Magnatite Ore lies deep underground, mostly in deepslate, and needs a diamond pickaxe. It is a little easier to find than diamond. As with the other ores, keep the ore block: the machine takes it as it is.
Separating it
The Magnetic Centrifuge spins each ore into 
Magnatite Nugget and one 
Carbon Dust. One layer gives 3 nuggets an ore (by default); every layer you stack adds more, up to 7 to 9 with six.
Nine nuggets make a 
Magnatite Ingot by hand or in the Combination Forge.
Charging it
Fit a 
Copper Tetrium Coil to the centrifuge and it can magnetise ingots into 
Charged Magnatite Ingot. Each try may fail; a failed try keeps the ingot.

A try takes 30 seconds (by default), so one layer averages three minutes an ingot.
