Tetrium

BSP-Core 1.6.2 MetalOre

Tetrium is everywhere and it is quick. It is the metal every machine part is made from.

Finding it

Tetrium Ore and Deepslate Tetrium Ore are found underground, about as common as iron. Mine them with an iron pickaxe or better. Without Silk Touch the ore drops Raw Tetrium.

DO NOT SMELT IT The crucibles take raw chunks and ore blocks alike, so do not put either in a furnace.

Refining it

  1. The Tetrium Crucible burns furnace fuel and turns each ore into 2 Tetrium Nugget and 1 Tetrium Slag (by default, 15 seconds each).
  2. Nine nuggets make a Tetrium Ingot by hand, or in the Combination Forge.
  3. The Combination Forge also presses an ingot into a Tetrium Plate.
  4. Keep your slag. Smelted into a Slag Brick it goes into almost every machine part.

Dust

Tetrium Dust is made by crushing an ingot in another mod's crusher, or by hand with a pickaxe. See Dust and crushing.
