Valves and repeaters
A valve caps how much plasma passes. A repeater ends one run and starts a fresh one.
Plasma Valve
A
Plasma Valve sets the most that may pass it, from 0 to 1,000 mB/t. Right-click it and drag the dial, type a number, or use the buttons.
- A lever on it, or any redstone signal, shuts it, unless you switch redstone control off on its screen.
- Powers pass unchanged. It counts as one cable of reach and does not start a fresh run.
- The hand wheel turns as far as the limit is set. Its windows show plasma arriving on one side and leaving on the other; the lamp by the gauge is blue while open and red while shut.
Plasma Repeater
A
Plasma Repeater ends one run and starts a fresh one, so the reach count begins again.
- Plasma goes in its dark back and out its lit front. It is placed pointing the way you look; the Wrench turns it.
- It costs a tenth of the pressure.
- A projector behind it receives one power at full level, or two or more each one level lower per repeater.
